Formal reception: up to 140-seated guests inside.

Cocktail-style reception: up to 240-standing guests inside.

The minimum number of guests for a standard wedding reception is 60.

Entertainment

The Old Coach Stables Restaurant is a great place for music and dancing! Hire your own band or DJ for the night. We can help with suggestions on request.

Availability

In addition to your wedding reception the Old Coach Stables Restaurant can host your wedding ceremony in our grounds, with a number of dedicated spaces available for an intimate service and photos.

Venue hire of The Old Coach Stables Restaurant is from the afternoon prior to the wedding ceremony or reception until the following morning.

Accommodation

Gunning, Dalton, Collector, Crookwell, Goulburn and Yass all offer a range of motel accommodation. Free camping is also available at Gunning’s Barbour Park and the Gunning showground.

Gunning also has a range of beautiful Air BnB options including Hold Cottage, The Merino, and South Raeburn Shearer's Quarters.

Venue Hire

Hire of the venue is from the afternoon prior to the wedding until the following morning. Tables, chairs, fairy lights, setting up and packing away and venue cleaning at the conclusion of the event is fully included in the venue hire. Where a ceremony is held onsite, chairs and a ceremony table are included in the venue hire fee.

All staffing, cutlery and crockery expenses are covered within food and catering packages. Clients are free to hire tablecloths, chair covers or other decorations at their own expense.

Flowers

Flowers are also at the clients’ expense, please speak to Melinda for suggestions regarding local florists and suppliers.
